Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel has a great location right on the main street through Minatitlan, but the neighborhood feels a bit rough. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although the air in the room is not very breathable for a baby crib. The staff really went out of their way to help us during our stay at this City Express, but some noise from service activities could be heard. The dining options, though minimal, are adequate for a quick meal. Overall, the hotel offers value for money with some minor drawbacks.
